A depth-oriented therapeutic space for emotional processing through the body. We work with how feelings live somatically — releasing stored patterns, integrating past experiences, and building a more grounded connection to yourself. Sessions honor the nervous system, the inner child, and the whole person.
Sliding scale spaces available for demonstrated need. Out-of-network; superbills provided. CT residents only for in-person.

A personalized practice using asana to build strength, flexibility, and embodied confidence — held within a trauma-informed, somatic framework. We move at your pace, with your body's wisdom as the guide.

WEEKLY - PUBLIC
Sacred Sunday — Bhakti Slow Flow
Sundays 10:15–11:30 AM · Kaia Yoga, Wilton CT
A weekly space to soften, open, and reconnect. This gentle, heart-centered practice weaves mantra, meditation, and slow intentional movement — rooted in Bhakti yoga, held with live harmonium and devotional chanting. A practice for the whole self. All are welcome.

I've been dreaming of this for a long time — a few days together, away from the ordinary, in nature. Moving, breathing, chanting, listening. Holding space for one another the way only small, intentional community can.
These retreats will weave somatic therapy, slow yoga, Bhakti chanting, and time in nature into something that is hard to name and easy to feel. They are for people who are done doing healing alone.

Psychotherapy services are available to Connecticut residents only. Jordan is an out-of-network provider and provides monthly superbills for potential insurance reimbursement. A limited number of sliding scale spaces are available — please reach out to inquire.
